Word makes it easy for you to add an image into your document. An image can make the document more descriptive and can overall enhance the document.
1. Click the Insert menu, point to Picture and click either Clip Art... or From File... depending on where the file is from.
Tip: If the file is from somewhere on disk, select From File... from the Picture menu. If you want to use Clip Art from the Clip Gallery, click Clip Art... from the Picture menu.
2. Browse the Clip Gallery or find the file to insert it.
3. Drag the picture to wherever you want it.
