Save Normal Template

Do you frequently need to make the same changes to your documents (such as margin settings or font)?

This How-To Article shows you how to receive a prompt to save the normal template.

Save Normal Template

1. Click the Tools menu and select "Options...".

2. Click the "Save" tab.

3. Check the "Prompt to save Normal template" check box.

4. Click OK.

5. Now, when you make changes to Word's default normal template, you will be prompted to save them.
