Recently Used File List
Reader rating: 4 out of 10 Introduction Want an easy way to access files which you have recently used in Word? This How-To Article shows you how to work with the Recently Used File list, located on the File menu. Recently Used File List 1. Click the Tools menu and select "Options...". 2. Click the "General" tab. 3. Check the "Recently used file list:" check box, if it is not checked already. 4. In the text box directly next to the "Recently used file list:" check box, type the number of recently used files you would like listed. 5. Click OK. 6. Now, when you click the "File" menu, your recently used files will be listed, allowing you to easily open them.
