Reader rating: 3 out of 10

Do you want to make your document look professional without needing to manually set all of the fonts, sizes, and colors?

This How-To Article shows you how to apply a Word Theme.

Word Themes

1. Click the Format menu and select "Theme...".

2. From the list of themes, select the theme you would like to use for your document.

3. A preview of the theme will be shown in the right pane of the window.

Tip: If you want to have a certain theme selected automatically each time you start a new document, select the theme from the list which you would like to use as the default, and click the "Set Default..." button.

4. Once you have decided on a theme, click "OK".
