Toggle the Office Assistant

Introduction

This How-To Article shows you how to show and hide the Office Assistant in any Office application.


Toggle the Office Assistant

1. Click the Help menu.

2. From the menu that appears, select "Show Office Assistant" if ths Office Assistant is hidden.

3. If you would like to hide the Office Assistant, select "Hide Office Assistant".

4. Once you make a selection, the Office Assistant will either appear or disappear.

Tip: Once the Office Assistant is shown, you can right-click the Office Assistant and select "Hide" to quickly hide the Assistant.
