Preview a Document as a Web Page

Before you save your document as a web page, it can be helpful to preview it first; being sure that is lines up correctly and that it looks good in the web browser.

Preview a Document as a Web Page

1. Save your document. (Don't save as HTML, just save as usual.)

2. Click the File menu and click "Web Page Preview" from the menu that appears.

3. Your Internet browser will appear and show your what the page will look like when you save it as a web page.
