Hide Graphics

Have you ever noticed that scrolling through large documents is difficult if you have many graphics?

This How-To Article explains how to hide the graphics while working on a document.

Hide Graphics

1. Click the Tools menu and select "Options..." from the menu that appears.

2. Click "View" tab.

3. In the "Show" area of the window that you see appear, check the "Picture placeholders" check box.

4. Click OK.

Tip: To display pictures again in your documents, uncheck the "Picture placeholders" check box.
