Changing Line Spacing
Reader rating: 5 out of 10 Introduction Sometimes it can be helpful to place spaces between the lines in your document. This How-To Article explains how to set Paragraph line spacing in your document. Changing Line Spacing 1. If you want to set line spacing for something you already typed, highlight it. (If you want to set line spacing for a whole new document, start from Step 2.) 2. Click the Format menu and select Paragraph... from the menu that appears. 3. Select, from the Line Spacing drop-down menu that spacing type you want to use. (Double spacing usually provides enough space.) 4. Click the OK button.
