Customize Word Grammar

Introduction

Depending on your writing style, you may receive many grammar errors in Microsoft Word, even though they may be correct. You can easily correct these errors by customizing Word's Grammar Check options.


Customize Word Grammar

1. Click the Tools menu and select "Options..." from the menu that appears.

2. Click the "Spelling & Grammar" tab.

3. From the "Writing style:" drop-down menu, select the type of writing style you would like Word to check for.

4. Click OK.
