Closing Several Programs at Once

Closing Several Programs at Once 1. Hold down the CTRL key and select the programs you would like to close by clicking them in the Taskbar (the gray bar at the bottom of the screen). The programs' buttons on the Taskbar will appear to be pushed in. 2. Release the CTRL key. 3. Right-click one of the selected programs and select "Close" from the menu that appears. 4. The selected programs will now close. Tip: You can also select other options from the menu (in Step 3) to do things like Cascade the windows, Tile the windows, minimize the windows, Restore them, and more.
