If you don't have a hard drive that can hold a lot of data, then you may find that you are often running out of space. These simple tips can help you regain more space on your hard drive.

Making More Hard Drive Space

First, remove any programs that you no longer use. Make a list of the software that you use most on your computer. Uninstall all of the other software. There are also many software products that you can use to streamline the process of uninstalling software such as Norton CleanSweep.

Next, try to remove any unnecessary fonts off your system. Let's face it: there are usually hundreds of fonts on computers, and we usually only use about 1-3 of them all! Fonts can take up lots of space on your computer, and it is best to remove unused fonts.
