Windows Key Shortcuts

Introduction

Many newer computer keyboards have a Windows Logo key. This key is usually between the CTRL and ALT keys on your keyboard, and shows an image of the Windows Logo Flag.

Windows Key Shortcuts

Below are some shortcuts which use the Windows Logo Key:

Windows Logo Key - Display or hide the Start menu.

Windows Log Key + Break - Display the System Properties window.

Windows Logo Key + M - Minimize all windows.

Windows Logo Key + E - Open the My Computer window.

Windows Logo Key + F - Open the Find Files or Folders window.

Windows Logo Key + F1 - Open Windows Help.

Windows Logo Key + R - Open the "Run" dialog.
