Introduction

Need to find out how much space is available on multiple drives?

Usually, you would need to view the properties of each separate drive.

This How-To Article shows you how to view the properties of multiple drives all at once.

View Free Space of Multiple Drives

1. Double-click the "My Computer" icon from the Desktop.

2. From a blank area in the My Computer window, click and drag to highlight all of the drives which you would like to view the free/used space for.

3. Right-click any one of the highlighted drives and select "Properties".

4. Each of the drives you highlighted will now have a tab at the top of the window that now appears.

5. Each tab will display information on each different drive. Just click a tab to view how much free/used space is available on each drive.

Tip: You can also highlight network drives in Step 2. The same type of information will be displayed.
