Want an easy way to access files and folders in a specific folder?
This How-To Article shows you how to add a Folder Toolbar to the Desktop.
1. Double-click the "My Computer" icon from the Desktop.
2. Navigate to the folder which has the folder you want to create a toolbar from. (For example, if you want to create a toolbar for the folder "abc", which is in folder "123", navigate to the "123" folder. Go to the folder which is one level above the folder which you want to create the toolbar for.
3. Click and drag the icon of the folder which you want to create the toolbar for to the far right edge of the screen. (Drag this as far as the mouse pointer can go to the right of your computer monitor.)
4. Let the mouse button up.
5. A toolbar will now be displayed, showing many of the files and folders contained in the folder you just dragged.
Tip: If you right-click the folder's name (at the top of the toolbar), a menu of helpful commands will be displayed for use with the toolbar.
