Highlight the text you would like to link to the web site. 2. Right-click the highlighted text and select "Hyperlink..." from the menu that appears. 3. In the "Text to Display" text box, enter the text you want displayed when the mouse stays pointed at the hyperlink. 4. In the text box below the "Text to Display" text box, enter the complete address (URL) of the page you want to link to. (It must be in this format: http://www.siteaddress.com). 5. Click OK.
