Creating Speaker Notes can be useful to you, the presenter, when you are presenting your presentation. They are easy to use, and are used to make notes about each slide in your presentation.

Using Speaker Notes

1. If you are using Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, the Notes text box will appear below the slide in Normal view. Just type your notes for the current slide in this text box.

2. If you do not have PowerPoint 2000, click the View menu and select Notes Page from the menu that appears.

3. Type your notes through this screen.

Printing Speaker Notes

2. From the "Print What:" drop-down menu, select Notes Pages.

3. In the "Print range" area, select the slides you want to print the note pages for.
