You can change how the slides in your presentation are ordered in PowerPoint. This feature can be helpful when you want to move some of your slides to earlier in your presentation and some later in your presentation.
This How-To Article explains how to reorder the slides in your presentation.
1. Click the View menu and select Slide Sorter from the menu that appears.
2. Use the mouse to click and drag any slide to a new location in your presentation. (Note: a line will show you where it is being moved.)
3. Continue Steps 1-2 for each slide you want to move.
