Pack and Go Wizard
Reader rating: 5 out of 10 Introduction When you are bringing your presentation to another computer, it may not fit on one floppy disk. Saving your presentation will not allow you to use several disks. You can, however, use the Pack and Go Wizard to package your presentation in an easy to use installation program for the presentation computer. Pack and Go Wizard 1. Click the File menu and click Pack and Go... from the menu that appears. 2. Get several disks ready for this wizard. 3. Follow the Wizard's screens. 4. When finished, label the disks in order (Disk 1, Disk 2, Disk 3, etc...) Setting Up Your Presentation On the Presentation Computer 1. Place Disk 1 in the computer. 2. Double-click the My Computer icon from the Desktop. 3. Double-click 3 1/2 Floppy Disk from the screen which appears. 4. Double-click the file "pngsetup". 5. In the text box in the window that displays, enter a location for where you want to place the entire presentation. (Write down this location, as you will need to open it to run the presentation.) 6. Click OK. 7. The Install program will now install the presentation. 8. When the Install program asks for additional disks, enter then accordingly. 9. When finished, double-click the presentation (in the location you wrote down in step 5). 10. Run the Slide Show when ready.
