Inserting an Image
Reader rating: 5 out of 10 Introduction When creating presentations, it is useful to refer to an image (either clipart or an image from disk) to better explain your presentation. PowerPoint makes it very easy to insert an image into your presentation. Inserting an Image 1. Click the Insert menu, point to Picture and click either Clip Art or From File... 2. If you clicked Clip Art, use the Clip Gallery to search for a picture to insert. 3. If you clicked From File..., find the picture from your computer you want to use by clicking on it (once) and clicking the Insert button. 4. You can now enlarge the picture or make the picture smaller. 5. You can also drag it to the location you want it at.
