Different Views
Reader rating: 4 out of 10 Introduction PowerPoint offers many different views to help you work on your presentation. Different Views Here's a list of the different views available to you in PowerPoint. To change views, click the View menu, and click the view you want. Normal -- Normal view shows the slide, the Outline, and the Notes text box. Slide Sorter -- The Slide Sorter view lets you view miniature versions of all the slides. This is great when working with a large presentation and you need to find a certain slide. Notes Page -- The Notes Page view will show a small version of the current slide along with a larger view of the Notes text box. (Similar to the Normal View except doesn't display the Show Outline.) Slide Show -- The Slide Show command on the View menu lets you run the Slide Show. Black and White -- The Black and White view shows a large version of the current slide in black and white and a slide miniature window with the slide in full color. Useful when you don't want to be distracted by all the colors of the presentation. Please Note: Some of these views are only available for Microsoft PowerPoint 2000; not PowerPoint 98.
