Introduction

Do you have many layered or small objects in your PowerPoint slides?

This How-To Article shows you how to use a helpful keyboard shortcut to navigate between objects.

Navigate Objects

1. Click a blank area on the slide to be sure that no objects are selected.

2. Press the "Tab" key to move between objects.

3. Once an object is selected, small square marks will appear around the perimeter of the object, telling you that it is selected.
