Presentation Keyboard Shortcuts

Introduction

Running your PowerPoint presentation is as simple as clicking "View". But what if you accidently move too far in your presentation? Or, what if you want to black the screen out?

These keyboard shortcuts can help you get the most out of your PowerPoint Presentation.


Presentation Keyboard Shortcuts

While running your PowerPoint presentation, these shortcuts can help you:

Spacebar - advance one slide

N - advance one slide

P - move to the previous slide

B - make the screen black (press again to un-black screen.)

E - erase on-screen drawings (drawings that you created with the Pen.)

Esc - exit the presentation
