Edit an Appointment

You may sometimes find it necessary to modify an existing appointment in your Date Book.

This How-To Article explains how to modify an existing Appointment.

Edit an Appointment

1. Open the Date Book Application.

2. Navigate to the day of the Appointment.

3. Tap the appointment.

4. Tap the "Details" button.

5. Tap the currently set time to edit the time.

6. You can also change the day of the Appointment by tapping the currently set date for the Appointment.

7. You can also set an Alarm for the Appointment by checking the "Alarm" check box, and setting a time.

8. If you have a repeating event such as a birthday, you can tap the "Repeat: None" box.

9. To mark the event as private, check the "Private" check box.

10. To delete the Appointment, tap the "Delete..." button.

11. Once you have finished changing options, tap the "OK" button.
