Attaching a File

Reader rating: 4 out of 10

Introduction

When you send E-mail, you may want to attach a file to the mail message.  For example, if you need to send a message to someone telling them that they need to work on a certain document, you can send them the document as well as the message.  This will all come to the recipient as one mail message with the file attached to the message.

Attaching a File

1.  Click the Insert menu and Click File... from the menu that appears.

2.  Figure 1.1 will be displayed.

3.  Select the file you would like to attach and then click the Insert button.

4.  Next, create the regular mail message and click the Send button.

5.  Repeat steps 1-4 to continue attaching files to a mail message.

Note: You can attach as many files as you want to a mail message.
