This How-To Article shows you how to print a blank calendar.
Print Blank Calendar
1. Right-click the "Personal Folders" item in the Folder List, and select "New Folder...".
2. Enter a name for the calendar.
3. From the "Folder contains:" drop-down menu, select "Calendar Items".
4. Click OK.
5. Open (click) the calendar folder you just created.
6. Click the File menu, point to "Page Setup" and select "Monthly Print Style".
7. Click the "Print..." button.
