Show Appointment Clocks

Introduction

Want to see small analog clocks next to your appointments when viewing in weekly or monthly view?

This How-To Article shows you how to display the appointment clocks.


Show Appointment Clocks

1. Go to the Calendar.

2. Click the View menu, point to "Current View", and select "Customize Current View...".

3. Click the "Other Settings..." button.

4. Check both "Show time as clocks" check boxes.

5. Click OK.

6. Click OK.

7. Now, when you view your Calendar in week or month view, small analog clocks will be shown next to the appointment, indicating the time of the appointment.
