This How-To Article shows you how to color code your appointments in your Outlook Calendar.
Color Code Appointments
1. Go to the Calendar.
2. Right-click the appointment you would like to color-code.
3. From the menu that appears, point to "Label".
4. Select the color you would like to color code the appointment as.
