Need an easy way to access your Outlook Calendar?

This How-To Article shows you how to access your calendar from the Start menu.

Show Calendar on Start Menu

1. Show the Folder List in Outlook. (Click the View menu and select "Folder List".)

2. Click and drag the Calendar item in the Folder List to the Start button.

3. While still keeping the left mouse button down, wait for the Start menu to open.

4. Once the Start menu is displayed, continue to drag the mouse to the location in the Start menu where you would like to place a shortcut to the Calendar.

5. Let the mouse button up.

6. Now, a shortcut to the Calendar has been created in the Start menu.
