Do you need to set aside some time each day to reply to your E-mail?

This How-To Article shows you how to schedule responses to your E-mail.

Schedule E-mail Responses

1. Click and drag the message you would like to schedule from your Inbox, to the "Calendar" button in the Outlook Shortcuts bar.

2. Let the mouse button up.

3. The "Create Appointment" window will open.

4. Select the time and date you would like to respond or follow-up on this message.

5. Once you have finished selecting the proper options, click the "Save and Close" button.

6. The E-mail message has now been added to your schedule, allowing you to manage your time more efficiently.
