Forward a Message
Reader rating: 4 out of 10 Introduction Sometimes, you may receive a message that may be helpful to someone else. You can quickly and easily forward a message to anyone on the Internet by following these easy steps. Forward a Message 1. Select the message you want to forward by clicking it (select a message from your Inbox or any other mail folder. 2. Click the Forward button from Outlook's top toolbar. 3. Enter the address of the person you want to send the message to (in the To: field). Note: The message and Subject fields are automatically filled in for you, and do not need to be modified. 4. You can also add some text to the message to help the recipient of the message know why you are forwarding it. 5. Click the Send button.
