Need to remember to follow-up regarding an E-mail message?

This How-To Article shows you how to flag a message for follow-up.

Flag a Message

1. Click the E-mail message that you would like to flag.

2. Right-click the message (from the list of messages), and select "Flag For Follow Up".

3. From the "Flag to:" drop-down menu, select what you want to follow up on.

4. From the "Due by:" menu, select when this follow-up is due. (This is optional.)

Tip: Once you complete the follow-up, you can click the "Clear Flag" button.

5. Click OK.
