Toggle the Preview Pane

This How-To Article shows you how to toggle the Preview Pane, a part of the window which allows you to preview messages without needing to open them.

Toggle the Preview Pane

1. Click the View menu and select "Preview Pane".

2. If the Preview Pane is showing, it will be hidden. If the Preview Pane is hidden, it will be shown.

3. You can click this menu item again to toggle it.

Tip: The Preview Pane is very useful when sorting through lots of E-mail. By using it, you no longer need to double-click an E-mail message to view the message.
