Exclude an Item From AutoArchive
Reader rating: 6 out of 10 Introduction Have some old items that you don't ever want AutoArchived? This How-To Article shows you how to be sure that certain items are never AutoArchived. Exclude an Item From AutoArchive 1. Open the item that you don't want AutoArchived. (To open an item, double-click it.) 2. Click the File menu and select "Properties" from the menu that appears. 3. Check the "Do not AutoArchive this item" check box. 4. Click Apply. 5. Click OK. 6. Close the item. 7. Now, when you AutoArchive your Outlook folders, the item that you selected will not be AutoArchived. It will always be available in your Outlook folders.
