So you've AutoArchived your data, and now you want access to it, right? Microsoft Outlook allows you to do this simply by opening another Personal Folders file.

View Archived Data

1. Click the File menu, point to Open, and select "Personal Folders File (.pst)..." from the menu that appears.

2. Navigate to the folder in which you placed the AutoArchive file.

Tip: If you can't find your archive file, try searching your computer for "*.pst" files.

3. Click OK.

4. You can now use your Archive folders as any other Personal Folder file in Outlook.
