Saving an Attachment
Reader rating: 4 out of 10 Introduction If you want to save an attachment for later use, Microsoft Outlook makes this easy to do. Saving an Attachment 1. Open the message that has the attachment you want to save. 2. Right-click the icon of the attachment that you want to save. 3. Select "Save As..." from the menu that appears. 4. Navigate to a folder that you want to save the attachment in. 5. Enter a file name to save the attachment as. 6. Click the "Save" button. Tip: You can also just save the message in your Inbox instead of saving it if you prefer.
