Introduction

Do you receive a lot of mail that you wish you can just mark as unread without needing to open each message? Do you want to mark a read message as unread?

This How-To Article shows you how you can mark a message(s) as read or unread.


Mark as Read or Unread

Mark Messages as Read

1. Hold down the "Shift" key as you click the mouse to select multiple messages.

2. Right-click the messages, and select "Mark as Read" from the menu that appears.

Mark Messages as Unread

1. Hold down the "Shift" key as you click the mouse to select multiple messages.

2. Right-click the messages that you just selected, and click "Mark as Unread" from the menu that appears.
