Find a Contact
Reader rating: 5 out of 10 Introduction Is your Contacts List as stuffed as your old paper address book? If you need to find a specific contact, Microsoft Outlook makes this easy. Find a Contact 1. Click the text box that is in the Standard Toolbar, at the top right of the Outlook window. 2. Type the name of the contact you are searching for. 3. Press the Enter key. 4. Outlook will now search, and show possible matches for your search. 5. From the list of possible matches, click the one you would like to view information for, and click the "OK" button.
