Schedule Appointments for Contacts

Introduction

If you would like to schedule an appointment with a contact from your contact list, Outlook provides an easy and efficient way to do this.


Schedule Appointments for Contacts

1. Go to your Contacts list.

2. Click and drag the contact you would like to schedule an appointment with to the Calendar.

3. Release the mouse button.

4. A window will appear allowing you to set up an appointment.

5. Set the date/time and any other settings for the appointment.

6. Click the Send button.

7. The Appointment request will be sent to the recipient.
