Create Custom Stationery

Sometimes you may want to customize the stationery you use when you write E-mail. Microsoft Outlook 2000 allows you to edit the existing stationery or even create your own.

Create Custom Stationery

1. Click the Tools menu and select Options from the menu that appears.

2. Click the Mail Format tab.

3. Click the Stationery Picker... button.

Note: The Stationery Picker button will only be clickable if your current mail format is HTML.

4. Click the New button, and enter a name for your stationery.

5. Select "Start with a blank stationery" and click the Next button.

6. Select the font and background you want to use for your stationery.

7. Click OK.

8. Click OK.

9. Your stationery is now created, and will be listed in the "Use this stationery by default:" drop-down menu in the Mail Format settings. (Tools -> Options -> Mail Format tab).
