Using AutoPreview
Reader rating: 3 out of 10 Introduction When you are sorting through many messages, viewing a short preview of your messages can be helpful. This How-To Article explains how to enable Outlook's AutoPreview. Using AutoPreview 1. Move to the Mail folder which you would like to use AutoPreview in (usually your Inbox). 2. Click the View menu, and select "AutoPreview" from the menu that appears. 3. AutoPreview will now be enabled. Tip: To disable AutoPreview, just follow Steps 1-3 again, as clicking AutoPreview on the View menu a second time will turn it off. The AutoPreview selection on the View menu acts as a toggle switch.
