Introduction

Without Microsoft FrontPage, you would need a graphic design program to design graphics. You would also need to know how to use web technologies such as CSS to apply styles.

This How-To Article shows you how to use Microsoft FrontPage themes, professionally designed site styles for use in your web site.

Apply a Theme

1. Click the Format menu and select "Theme..." from the menu that appears.

2. From the list of themes, select a theme that interests you. A preview will be shown in the right pane.

3. Once you find a theme that you like, click the "OK" button.

4. Depending on the size of your web site, it can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes to apply the theme.

Tip: You can use "Modify" button in the Theme window to modify a selected theme to better fit your site.
