Preview a Worksheet
Reader rating: 3 out of 10 Introduction You can use Excel's Print Preview feature to preview your workbook to be sure that it will line up correctly when you print it. Preview a Worksheet 1. Click the File menu and select "Print Preview" from the menu that appears. 2. The Sheet that you are currently on will be previewed first. 3. You can use the Next and Previous buttons (at the top of the Print Preview screen) to navigate through the worksheets in your Microsoft Excel Workbook. 4. If you would like to print your workbook, click the Print... button. 5. To zoom in and out of your worksheet, click the worksheet. 6. Once you have finished previewing your workbook, click the Close button.
