Introduction

Sometimes when you are working with precise data, it can be helpful to see the data larger than it really is. Excel has a feature that allows you to zoom in and out to your worksheets.

Zoom In or Out

1. Click the down arrow next to the drop-down menu that currently displays "100%".

2. Click the zoom setting you want to use. (The larger the number, the larger the worksheet will be shown, the smaller the number, the smaller the worksheet will appear.)

3. To Zoom out, follow Steps 1 and 2 except select a smaller number instead of a larger number.
