Introduction

Sometimes, you will need to print a paper copy of your Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.  It is very easy to do and a very important skill to learn.




Print a Worksheet

1.  Click the File menu and click on Print from the menu that appears.

2.  In the "Print what" frame area, select what you want to print.  You can select to print what you have selected (by highlighting before clicking Print on the File menu), the Active Sheet(s) or the entire workbook (which is the entire Excel document).

3.  If you would like to print only a certain amount of pages in your workbook, click the Pages(s) option button and enter the page numbers in the fields provided.

4.  Click the OK button.  

5.  What you have selected to print will now print from your printer.

Tip: To print an entire worksheet quickly, click the icon of the printer in the standard toolbar.
