Change Font/Size of Data

You can enhance the appearance of your worksheet by changing the font and size of your data.  This can make your worksheet(s) look nicer than just a list of data.

Change Font/Size of Data

1.  Highlight the cells you would like to change the font or size for.

2.  Click the arrow pointing down from the standard toolbar's font drop-down menu.

3.  Select the font you would like to use.

4.  To change the size, click the arrow pointing down from the standard toolbar's size drop-down menu.

5.  Select the size you want to use.

Note:  To change the font, size or other formatting, the cells you want to modify must be selected.
