Apply an AutoFormat
Reader rating: 5 out of 10 Introduction When you want to enhance your worksheet, you can manually select fonts and sizes; but Excel offers many pre-made templates for you to use. Apply an AutoFormat 1. Highlight the cells you want to apply an AutoFormat to. 2. Click the Format menu and click AutoFormat from the menu that appears. 3. From the dialog box that appears, click the AutoFormat Style you want to use. Tip: Use the scroll bar to select from even more AutoFormat Styles. 4. Click OK. Tip: To remove an AutoFormat Style, follow Steps 1-4 except select None in step 3.
