Print Gridlines

Reader rating: 4 out of 10

Introduction

By default, when you print Excel worksheets, the gridlines are hidden. When you are printing large amounts of data, however, it is usually more helpful to have the gridlines printed.

This How-To Article shows you how to print the gridlines with your worksheet.

Print Gridlines

1. Click the File menu and select "Page Setup..." from the menu that appears.

2. Click the "Sheet" tab.

3. Check the "Gridlines" check box in the Print frame area.

4. Click OK.
