Insert a Page Break
Reader rating: 4 out of 10 Introduction A page break is helpful if you would like a single worksheet to print on multiple pages. This How-To Article shows you how to insert a page break into your worksheet. Insert a Page Break 1. Click the column letter or the row number when you would like to insert the page break. (Everything after the row or column you selected will be printed on a separate page.) 2. Click the Insert menu and select "Page Break" from the menu that appears. 3. A dotted line will appear informing you of where the page break was placed. 4. To remove a page break, click the cell directly below or to the right of the page break, click Insert, and select "Remove Page Break" from the menu that appears.
